Craig takes an active role in the community, working to lift people of color with educational and economic opportunities and dedicating his time to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. He serves on numerous boards, including the Washington Roundtable, Washington Trust Bank, Washington Employers for Racial Equity (WERE), the University of Washington Consulting and Business Development Center and the Rainier Scholars Resource Council. He is a member of the Rotary of Downtown Seattle.
