“I work to make the medical systems and processes simpler and easier for patients and for our staff. What drives me each day is my desire for improvement. I have seen what happens when we in the medical field pull together as a system of innovators and ask, ‘how can we do better?’ That outlook can be applied to every facet of our society and I see McKinstry striving to do the same for our communities and our planet. The potential is incredible.”
