Craig found success through a relentless dedication to accuracy and a customer-centric focus. He continuously puts people first by placing value on honesty with customers, robust employee training and serving as an expert and guide on the ever-changing technology in his industry.
Craig takes an active role in the community, working to lift people of color with educational and economic opportunities and dedicating his time to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. He serves on numerous boards, including the Washington Roundtable, Washington Trust Bank, Washington Employers for Racial Equity (WERE), the University of Washington Consulting and Business Development Center and the Rainier Scholars Resource Council. He is a member of the Rotary of Downtown Seattle.
