Through leadership of a clear enterprise-wide vision for safety, he focuses on strengthening our safety culture, reducing workplace hazards and building sustainable systems and processes that ensure our people return home safe and sound every day.
A champion for safety excellence across complex organizations, Stephen brings a global perspective to McKinstry, with experience spanning the management of safe work practices for major capital projects worldwide. Stephen is a servant leader and an exceptional communicator who is passionate about making a positive difference in the built environment. He holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and serves as a dedicated partner to our regional teams across the country, empowering them with the tools and trust necessary to champion safety at every job site.
