With over 25 years of experience in the AEC industry, Matt has dedicated his career to removing waste from the built environment through the development of innovative product solutions. He partners with his team to explore emerging industry trends, focusing on standing up new offerings and business ventures that expand McKinstry’s capabilities. His leadership was instrumental in taking Dawson Ventures from a concept to a reality, successfully launching three McKinstry ventures and establishing key strategic partnerships that allow the organization to move faster and more effectively.
