About Christopher:
Christopher provides strategic insight and values‑driven leadership to McKinstry’s Board of Directors. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tweet/Garot, a 125-year old mechanical construction firm headquartered in Wisconsin, he is responsible for setting strategy, strengthening culture and overseeing corporate communication.
Christopher brings a broad perspective shaped by experience across corporate law, technology and executive leadership. His background enables him to navigate complex organizational and regulatory landscapes while keeping people, relationships and mission at the center. He is deeply committed to McKinstry’s value of building trusted partnerships, championing collaboration that drives innovation and meaningful community impact.
Prior to joining Tweet/Garot, Christopher worked as Corporate Counsel at Autodesk, Inc., Associate Attorney at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and as the law clerk to the Honorable Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University and an Executive MBA from Notre Dame. Christopher also serves on the Council of Trustees at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, the Chief Advisory Board at Titletown Tech, the Board of Directors at the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation and the private boards of multiple technology startups. He has previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Wisconsin and the Board of Directors at Brown County United Way, the Boys and Girls Club of the Bay and Lakes Region and the NEW Community Shelter.
