McKinstry’s new lab space redefines how we innovate and collaborate in the built environment. Located at our headquarters in Seattle, the Dawson Ventures research and development space brings together McKinstry teams, vendors and clients to explore, test and refine technologies in a hands-on environment. Designed for experimentation, the lab allows teams to evaluate products in real-world conditions, ensuring they deliver on performance and reliability before being deployed in client projects.
Additionally, the lab is a space for connection and co-creation. By fostering collaboration between disciplines like Lighting, Wireless and adjacent innovators such as Overcast Innovations, the lab strengthens partnerships and drives progress across the industry.
