Paige Spirk: Partnering to Strengthen Colorado Healthcare Facilities
With nearly two decades in the energy and building performance industry, Paige Spirk has built her career around one guiding principle: strong partnerships create better outcomes. In her role at McKinstry, she brings that philosophy to healthcare organizations across Colorado, helping them navigate complex facility challenges with a consultative, solution-driven mindset.
Before joining McKinstry, Paige spent almost 20 years at Schneider Electric, building a career that spanned sales, national coaching and leadership roles. Throughout that time, she developed a deep understanding of energy performance contracting and a strong belief in long-term client partnership.
“This work has never felt like traditional sales to me,” Paige said. “It is about understanding a client’s challenges, asking the right questions and working together to solve problems.”
That philosophy continues to guide her work today. Paige approaches every engagement as a collaborative process, focusing on the outcomes her clients are trying to achieve and identifying the most effective path to get there. Her background across multiple roles shaped her ability to see challenges from different perspectives and bring practical, creative solutions to the table.
At McKinstry, Paige works primarily in the healthcare market, a sector she sees as both essential and rapidly evolving. Aging infrastructure, staffing pressures and growing demand for services are pushing healthcare organizations to rethink how their facilities operate. Paige is energized by helping clients navigate these complexities while maintaining continuity of care. From infrastructure upgrades to phased implementation strategies, she works closely with clients to minimize disruption and maximize long-term impact.
For Paige, success is measured by trust and repeat partnerships. “When clients come back to work with us again, that tells me we did our job well,” she said. “It means we delivered value in a way that truly supported their goals.”
Paige was drawn to McKinstry by the company’s strong reputation, commitment to quality work and people-first culture. The opportunity to focus on client impact while maintaining balance across all aspects of life aligned naturally with her priorities. “The culture really does show up in day-to-day work,” she said. “I feel supported to do meaningful work and show up fully for both my clients and my family.”
Outside of work, Paige prioritizes time with family and friends. She enjoys being active and spending time outdoors, whether she’s playing sports or cheering on her kids from the sidelines. She also values slower moments, from reading and watching movies to playing games and spending intentional time together with loved ones.
Looking ahead, Paige is excited to continue supporting healthcare organizations as they adapt to changing needs and regulations. By combining technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, she is helping clients build more resilient facilities that serve communities now and into the future.
