McKinstry's Pride Alliance
McKinstry Alliances are our version of employee resource groups or affinity groups. Alliances are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace within the context of our mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. McKinstry is proud to support six active Alliances that uplift women, employees of color, veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage all our people to get involved to foster a culture of inclusion.
McKinstry’s Pride Alliance aims to help facilitate a safe and supportive workplace for all employees regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. The Pride Alliance works to create a culture of inclusion, create allyship between members of the LGBTQ+ community and McKinstry employees and provide learning experiences and engagement for employees to foster advocacy and support.
