Today, our Pride Alliance gathered in Seattle to raise the flag together and kick off a season of celebration across our company nationwide. Watch as colleagues come together to affirm our shared commitment to belonging and inclusion.
Our Alliances are voluntary communities that bring people together to build connections, grow as professionals and shape a more inclusive workplace. McKinstry’s Pride Alliance bridges divides and advocates for a safe, visible and supportive workplace for LGBTQ+ employees, with a vision for a transformed industry safe for the authentic self and community.
Throughout Pride Month, employees across the company will have the opportunity to give back through volunteer service opportunities offered via Building Good to serve the LGBTQ+ community. Happy Pride!
