Educational facilities are chronically underfunded but the pressure to perform has never been greater. Strengthening energy codes and air quality expectations are driving up the costs with little relief in sight. And the skilled staff needed to keep pace with new building automation systems (BAS), lighting controls and other in-building technologies are hard to find, train and keep. We partner with institutions of all shapes and sizes, including elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and higher education campuses to solve these problems and more.

Our goal is to support our clients in taking back control of their staff’s time, system performance and budgets. Our teams are experienced with all potential delivery methods, including design-build, design-assist, energy savings performance contracting (ESPC), construction manager at risk (CMAR) and various professional services agreements.
