We are currently seeking a Director of National Markets based in Denver, Colorado to join our team as a strategic leader in our growing Technical Services National Division.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand McKinstry's presence in national markets. Focus on sustainable building solutions, aligning market opportunities with our core mission and solutions.
  • Experienced Leader: Our people are our number one focus. Bring at least ten years of progressive leadership experience within the commercial facilities sector or related industries. Your background should include developing high performing teams, experience leading performance and talent management is a must.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. You will be instrumental in nurturing future leaders and achieving ambitious targets for our clients, partners and people.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the seamless operation of the high-performing buildings division, P&L management, ensuring operational excellence, budget management, and performance excellence.
  • Business Development: Excel in securing new business and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, keeping McKinstry's sustainable and efficient building solutions top-of-mind for national clients.

The pay range for this position is $157,900 - 240,100 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
