McKinstry's Mountain Womxn Alliance
McKinstry Alliances are our version of employee resource groups or affinity groups. Alliances are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace within the context of our mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. McKinstry is proud to support six active Alliances that uplift women, employees of color, veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage all our people to get involved to foster a culture of inclusion.
McKinstry’s Mountain Womxn Alliance aims to promote the professional and personal growth of its women members in the Mountain Region. The alliance works to empower women at McKinstry, conduct community outreach and create allyship with male coworkers and members of leadership within McKinstry.
