McKinstry's Gender Equity Alliance
McKinstry Alliances are our version of employee resource groups or affinity groups. Alliances are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace within the context of our mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. McKinstry is proud to support six active Alliances that uplift women, employees of color, veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage all our people to get involved to foster a culture of inclusion.
McKinstry’s Gender Equity PDX Alliance aims to foster strong and positive relationships among all women employees in Oregon and engage with women externally in the industry. The Alliance works to provide support by offering exposure to senior leaders and managers within McKinstry, uplifting women and hosting events for all employees.
