Behind Hayward Field's Scoreboard
“This is an amazing project. It is a statement. As soon as you come down the street, the first thing you see is this massive, killer-looking scoreboard.” —Tim Andres, Project Manager
The University of Oregon’s Hayward Field renovation was completed in the Spring of 2020 with McKinstry completing all of the architectural metals work surrounding the 5,000 sq. ft. scoreboard. This project’s complexity and short timeline made it one of the most unique projects our Architectural Metal’s team has taken on to date.
McKinstry houses one of the largest and most diverse architectural metals teams in the Northwest. Supported by 200,000 sq. ft. of fabrication capacity and decades of product and supply chain partnerships, our deep bench of capabilities and unmatched experience position us to tackle any project size, shape or form.
