McKinstry's Technical Womxn Alliance

McKinstry Alliances are our version of employee resource groups or affinity groups. Alliances are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace within the context of our mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. McKinstry is proud to support six active Alliances that uplift women, employees of color, veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage all our people to get involved to foster a culture of inclusion.

The Technical Womxn Alliance aims to promote gender diversity and inclusion within McKinstry. This Alliance works to support and uplift women at McKinstry through professional development, internal community-building and career-focused opportunities including career coaching and industry networking.
