McKinstry's Veterans Alliance
McKinstry Alliances are our version of employee resource groups or affinity groups. Alliances are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace within the context of our mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. McKinstry is proud to support six active Alliances that uplift women, employees of color, Veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage all our people to get involved to foster a culture of inclusion.
The Veterans Alliance aims to bring together employees that identify as military Veterans, family of Veterans, and those at the company that have an interest in connecting with Veterans. The alliance works to support military members transitioning to civilian careers by fostering a safe environment, promoting Veteran engagement and strengthening McKinstry’s commitment to Veterans.
