McKinstry's Unity Alliance
McKinstry Alliances are our version of employee resource groups or affinity groups. Alliances are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace within the context of our mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. McKinstry is proud to support six active Alliances that uplift women, employees of color, veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage all our people to get involved to foster a culture of inclusion.
McKinstry’s Unity Alliance aims to recruit, retain and empower employees who identify as Black, Indigenous or people of color. The Alliance works to create education and awareness around diversity and inclusion within the McKinstry community, foster positive relationships and networks among BIPOC employees and improve the pipeline to bring more diverse talent into McKinstry.
