McKinstry Awarded Three Technical Services Projects In Madison (Wisc.)

Recently, a team out of McKinstry’s Madison, Wisc. office was awarded three different projects extremely close to home.

McKinstry will be working with the City of Madison to provide a variety of technical services from our integrated suite—including Energy Modeling, Measurement and Verification, Envelope Commissioning and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Commissioning—for a new library building, a botanical garden facility expansion and a new fire station.

The three projects are currently in different stages of development. Design work is underway at Fire Station 14, with construction expected to commence in 2018. The expansion of the city’s Olbrich Gardens is in an earlier design phase, with construction also expected to begin in 2018. Lastly, design should begin shortly for the Pinney Branch Library’s new location.

We’re excited to make these facilities the very best they can be, and we’re confident that this integrated technical services package will enable maximum energy savings for the City Of Madison’s facilities.
