McKinstry is strengthening its leadership bench as it heads into 2026. Recent senior leadership promotions reflect McKinstry’s continued investment in developing a strong, diverse team to support long-term growth and innovation.
The following leaders have been promoted to Vice President roles:

- Tom Kelley, Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Marketing
- Jennifer Koch, Vice President, Service
- Josh Osborn, Vice President, Life Sciences
- Nate Smith, Vice President, Modular Thermal Systems
- Caroline Traube, Vice President and Principal, Engineering Management
- Geremy Wolff, Regional Vice President, PNW Energy and Technical Services
Additionally, Michael Frank has been promoted to Senior Vice President, recognizing his nearly 25 years of leadership and role in transforming McKinstry’s Engineering and Design offering into a principal-led, client-focused model.
