McKinstry has a robust history of driving initiatives that benefit our communities. Five years ago, at the same time that we launched our Action for Impact 2025 plan, we formalized our first-ever enterprise strategy to deepen our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. What our CEO Dean Allen said then about this commitment is even more true today. After five years of collective effort and progress, our foundation is stronger than ever.
Our commitment to equity and inclusion has been an integral part of our overall growth and success, helping us make better decisions, attract and retain higher-caliber talent, drive financial stability, and build stronger connections with clients and our communities.

Equity remains one of three calls to action of our Action for Impact 2030 Plan. We know that built environment industries hold tremendous opportunities for employment and growth and yet remain among the least diverse in the country. As the 2030 plan lays out, we will continue to work together to remove barriers and make our industry more inclusive, creating greater opportunity for all people to belong, grow and thrive.
