Focused on expanding the breadth and depth of our reach in support of Action for Impact, McKinstry has added new teams, new offerings and new regions to its Energy & Technical Services (E&TS) division. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tara Carney to Regional Director of Energy for the Mountain Region.

Joining McKinstry in 2013 as a senior construction manager, Tara was later promoted to construction services manager, taking the lead in managing McKinstry’s growing construction team in Colorado and Utah. Expressing interest in taking a larger role in the overall sales, development and implementation of projects, Tara was later promoted to project director and has been excelling in this role for the past two-and-a-half years.

With a deep understanding of McKinstry’s complex business, Tara leads by example and by putting McKinstry’s values into action, maintaining a clear focus on what’s important for both the team and our clients. In her new role as Regional Director of Energy in the Mountain Region, she will focus on leading the business as it grows and in delivering innovative and successful projects that are aligned with McKinstry’s Action for Impact efforts.
