Celebrating a Record-Breaking Week of Service for 2023!
With 38% overall employee participation and 1,364 hours of community service, this year’s Week of Service was our strongest yet. Each year for Week of Service, McKinstry’s Building Good leaders identify impactful community service projects that align with one or more of McKinstry’s community priorities: lifting up future generations, protecting and restoring the planet, and advancing equity and social justice. This year, we were able to get involved with 34 community projects nationwide! We firmly believe that community engagement not only aligns with our values and Action For Impact aspirations, but also makes us stronger as an organization and supports an exceptional employee experience for our people.
