Our Commitment to Equitable Healthcare Access

A message from Dean Allen to the McKinstry team.

We are living in times that can feel overwhelming. Current events continue to be unsettling and are creating concerns and strong reactions across the country. In moments like these, I lean heavily on our McKinstry values and the importance of putting people first.

Living our value to Put People First, we treat each other with respect, care and compassion, and work to better understand each other’s experiences and opinions. At McKinstry, part of putting people first means standing for women’s rights.

Putting people first also means providing employees access to quality healthcare benefits. We will ensure that covered employees and their dependents have the benefits necessary to manage their own healthcare and choices. We are committed to ensuring all employees continue to have consistent and safe access to the best care possible, which includes supporting travel to healthcare facilities as needed.

Decisions we make for ourselves and our families can be complex and are deeply personal. We are here to support you. As we move through these times, let’s continue to lean on, listen to and learn from each other. Most of all, remember how far we’ve come and how we grow stronger together.

Be safe,

Dean Allen
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
