McKinstry Furthers Its Focus on People with New HR Vice President

Janice Clusserath joins McKinstry executive team as vice president of human resources;Carol Hedly hired as talent development director

SEATTLE (Nov. 20, 2019) — McKinstry has reinforced its ability to attract, grow and retain the industry’s top talent by strengthening its human resources leadership. Janice Clusserath joined the company’s executive team after being promoted to vice president of human resources. McKinstry also hired Carol Hedly as talent development director to lead training and employee growth efforts. McKinstry focuses heavily on its people, understanding that emphasizing employee development ensures excellence for its clients and projects.

Clusserath oversees all aspects of human resources and manages the entire employee experience and lifecycle at McKinstry. Since arriving at McKinstry as director of human resources in 2017—bringing with her more than 25 years of HR experience—Clusserath has been instrumental in optimizing the company’s recruiting efforts, learning/development programs and performance management and benefits systems.

In addition to Clusserath’s promotion, Carol Hedly joined McKinstry as talent development director. Her background includes building award-winning talent management solutions and developing and growing a robust veteran training and employment program at a top Fortune 500 company.
