Here's where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer with ammonia refrigeration or piping system experience to join our well established mechanical team in Seattle. You will be joining a group of people where you will be able to make an immediate impact within the organization. A successful employee will have excellent business development skills and enjoy working independently as well as with a team.

 

You're great at:

Business Development 

To be a top contributor, you must have excellent communication skills. You will be working closely and building strong relationships with current and future clients. The ability to negotiate service contracts and sell to the owner-direct contractor will take you to the next level. You will also be responsible for lead generation, proposal development, and customer acquisition. 

 

Client Relations  

Working closely with the customer, you will provide support with regards to projects’ financial, contractual, and technical issues. Keen attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and a commitment to growing the business will ensure your success.     

 

What we would like to see from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred
  • At least three years of experience dealing with Ammonia Refrigeration or Piping Systems
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) with good technical writing skills
  • Strong estimating skills
  • Experience in interacting closely with owners, project staff, and tradesmen (pipefitters, electricians, etc.)
