McKinstry Expands Technical Services Leadership to Meet Pacific Northwest Growth
Hendrik Van Hemert promoted to technical services regional director; Geremy Wolff promoted to technical services business development director.
SEATTLE (Oct. 30, 2018) — McKinstry expanded its Pacific Northwest regional leadership team to meet growing client demand for its technical service offerings. The company promoted Hendrik Van Hemert to technical services regional director and Geremy Wolff to technical services business development director.
As regional director, Hendrik Van Hemert oversees all Pacific Northwest technical service offerings and leads business planning, strategy and financial management. McKinstry’s technical service offerings include new construction and existing building commissioning, facility condition assessments, active energy management, transition to sustainable operations, powerED and measurement and verification. Van Hemert also continues to lead McKinstry’s issue management services, which include its Knowledge Response Center and InfoCentre.
Geremy Wolff leads technical services sales and development teams across the Pacific Northwest region, which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. As business development director, he works with clients to assess building operational performance, identify needs and risks and propose a seamless suite of technical services to deliver guaranteed outcomes for the life of the building.
McKinstry announced several additional promotions under Van Hemert and Wolff to meet client needs, including:
- Scott Esher: Operation Manager, Commissioning
Scott Esher now leads Pacific Northwest commissioning teams with a focus on enhancing cross-region tools, process and approaches. With more than 15 years of project management and engineering experience, Esher joined McKinstry in 2008 from the U.S. Navy where he was a nuclear engineer.
- Lauren Frugé: Operations Manager, Energy Management
Lauren Frugé is now responsible for McKinstry’s powerED and active energy management offerings across the Pacific Northwest region with an eye on supporting growth in Oregon and the Inland Northwest. Frugé joined McKinstry in 2009 and has served a variety of clients and markets for more than a decade.
- Ryan Dickerson: Operations Manager, Facility Assessments
Ryan Dickerson is now responsible for the delivery and growth of McKinstry’s facility condition assessment offerings across the Pacific Northwest region. Dickerson joined McKinstry in 2006 and has spent nearly 20 years serving clients in multiple project development roles.
- Jake Landsiedel: Program Manager for Measurement & Verification
Jake Landsiedel now leads measurement and verification activities for McKinstry technical service clients across the Pacific Northwest. He is charged with streamlining processes and integrating programs into an optimized regional approach. Landsiedel joined McKinstry in 2011 and has more than 12 years of industry experience.
