McKinstry Expands South Region Leadership to Meet Year-Over-Year Growth In Texas
Lisa Loupe promoted to projects sales director, Quinn Tolbert promoted to business unit manager for technical services
DALLAS (May 30, 2018) – McKinstry, a full-service, design-build-operate-maintain (DBOM) firm specializing in energy and facility services, expanded its South Region leadership team to meet continued market demand and growth across Texas. Lisa Loupe is now projects sales director and Quinn Tolbert is now business unit manager for technical services.
Since establishing its presence in Texas in 2008, McKinstry has continued to steadily grow a strong reputation as a comprehensive energy and technical services and design/build partner in the region.

Loupe has more than 20 years of experience in energy savings performance contracting. In her new role as projects sales director, Loupe will be responsible for leading and growing business development activities for all projects in the South Region and will now have direct management responsibility for all full- and part-time account executives in the South Region. Prior to joining the McKinstry team as business development manager in 2016, she held sales and management roles with Johnson Controls, Inc., Waste Management, Inc., Honeywell, Inc. and Aramark.
With more than 13 years of performance contracting experience under his belt, Tolbert will continue to play a significant role in McKinstry’s regional success in the growing technical services sector. Tolbert joined the McKinstry team in 2010 and has served as a sales director, business development manager and project director. As business unit manager for technical services, Tolbert will take over leadership of both operations and sales of the emerging technical services division and will play a primary role in business management, vision setting and direction for the division’s continued growth. Prior to joining McKinstry, he worked in K-12, higher education, healthcare, municipal and county government sectors throughout Texas and Mississippi.
