This building in this Fortune 500 software company’s Redmond campus consists of four floors of office around a 4-story atrium, a full-service café, a separate parking structure, and the expansion of an existing chiller plant to handle the added load. 

McKinstry provided and installed all mechanical services – including air handling units, exhaust fans, cooling tower, chillers, VFD’s, supply fan coil units, condensing units, heat pump, VAV’s, smoke exhaust fans, fire smoke dampers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, and an air separator. 

In addition, McKinstry provided all fire protection equipment and also supplied and installed all plumbing technology – including fixtures, water heaters, expansion tanks, circulation pumps, sump pumps, and a domestic water booster pump.
