This 67,000 sq. ft. project consists of laboratory and office tenant improvements on levels 1, 5, 6, and 10; as well as supplemental HVAC to the existing Server Room on level 7. The existing structure is a partially occupied 11-story building with large floor-to-floor heights to accommodate laboratory occupancy. 

McKinstry’s scope includes HVAC (Piping & Sheet Metal), Fume Hood Exhaust, and plumbing and piping laboratory services such as Vacuum, RODI, Compressed Air, Lab Gas, and Specialty Gases. Custom Air Handling Units will be installed on levels 5, 6, and 10 and will include chilled, heating, and heat recovery services.
