Tukwila 5 Data Center
This project consists of 24,000 sq. ft. of a dedicated server floor and network space. Currently, next to the construction space, there is an existing MS data center with existing services connecting to new services. This makes some components of the project a “live data center.” The TK5 project is a full McKinstry MEDP project, including HVAC, Electrical, and Commissioning. The project includes a number of complicated critical data center systems that require intimate knowledge about data center design.
