This design project featured the creation and installation of full mechanical systems on a 22-story Portland office building, including multi-use facilities, theaters and multiple retail spaces.
McKinstry crafted floor-by-floor water cooled, vertical air conditioning units, Trane Tracer electronic controls, and state of the art mechanical systems.
