Moses Lake Data Center

McKinstry provided a full tenant build-out, including new electrical service, branch wiring, communications and connections for an extremely high power density data center (350 watts per sq ft vs  industry standard which is closer to 250 watts per sq ft).  The new data center was put into a 1960s era existing concrete structure. McKinstry had to work around height limitations and structure for the new electrical wiring.  MC cable feeders were used for the majority of the wiring, which is a lot more cost effective, time saving, and more flexible than pipe or wire.
