McKinstry earns top spot for corporate philanthropy

McKinstry rocketed to the top of the Puget Sound Business Journal’s list of mid-sized Corporate Philanthropists for 2010. Last year it held the number two spot. CEO Dean Allen was on hand to accept the award for McKinstry.
Twenty-five mid-sized companies made the list, which was ranked by total cash and corporate contributions given in 2009. The award ceremony took place on May 13th the Bellevue Hyatt during a lunch-time ceremony honoring the top 75 corporate philanthropists in the Pacific Northwest.
Special recognition was given to the top three which were categorized by small, medium and large companies according to total annual revenues.
