Purposeful Communication

McKinstry recognizes the importance of communication, as it is essential in equipping employees with the information needed to successfully perform their jobs and experience growth.  In addition, McKinstry fosters an "Open Door" policy, which solicits, absorbs and responds to feedback from our employees.  We utilize various means to support this effective communication, including Fireside Chats with the President, electronic correspondence using Microsoft Outlook, Monthly Newsletters, Memorandums, Bulletin Boards, formal and informal performance reviews and regular departmental meetings.
