In an effort to better equip employees to produce superior results, McKinstry offers numerous training and employee development opportunities through a program we call "McKinstry University". These range from new hire orientation training to college courses, from facilitated seminars to in-house mentoring programs and cross-training opportunities.

McKinstry University courses are communicated to employees via quarterly curriculum guides and are divided into four key sections - Computer Training, Personal/Professional Development, Safety Training and Technical Training. The roll-out of McKinstry University included a new logo complete with bumper stickers that say "I am an Honor Student at McKinstry University" or "My Mom is an Honor Student at McKinstry University" "My Dad…"
