Detailers Together

McKinstry initiates the detailing process before the final construction documents are completed. By utilizing BIM and other technologies, our detailers deliver vital routing and layout feedback to designers, helping create final plans in which there is room for all necessary technologies and in which all systems are coordinated.   

Pre-Fabrication

In our 100,000 square foot fabrication facility, we pre-fabricate single and multi-system configurations in advance of delivery. So instead of receiving dozens or even hundreds of individual parts at a job site, construction teams receive complete assemblies, ready to install – assemblies that arrive the day they’re needed and not a day before. This streamlined delivery system saves our customers both time and money.
