Hotel Vintage Park is situated in the midst of Seattle's retail and financial districts at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Spring Street. This project was a complete renovation of a 10-story hotel. This project included installation of a chilled water/fan coil utilizing a four pipe system throughout the building. This project involved a complete plumbing overhaul including new water lines and waste/vent piping. Complex kitchen exhaust systems were also involved in this mechanical scope of work. |
