This project was a design build remodel of existing hotel rooms that
were originally built as condominiums. This project included
the addition of chilled water cooling via rooftop air cooled chiller
and fan coil units to 55 guest rooms and the addition of a central
rooftop gas fired domestic hot water system to feed guest rooms.
Some highlights of this project were the 10 units that were split into 20 units, as well as the new plumbing fixtures installed in many units including six jacuzzi tubs. |
