This project is a campus expansion that consists of two office buildings (490,000 square feet in one 5-story building, and one 4-story building) with a separate 25,000 square foot full service cafeteria and two separate parking garages.

Safeco Corporate Campus > Redmond, WA
When completed this campus included two 3-story office buildings (150,000 square feet each), two-level parking structures under both office buildings as well as two additional separate parking structures.
