This building has seven levels of underground parking, two levels of above grade retail space and twenty levels of office space. There are two separate fire services to the building and two 750-gpm electric fire pumps. All the piping for the parking and office floors were designed to run up in the structural steel by way of a sleeving process. The retail and office core areas were designed with suspended ceilings. Concealed chrome pendant heads were installed in this ceiling area. Space was provisioned for future drops in the suspended ceilings. The entire building is provided with quick response type heads and with wet standpipe systems contained in each stairwell. There is a hose valve assembly at each level inside and outside the stairwells. Each level also has its own floor control valve assembly.

Pre-construction design included a steel beam sleeving plan for piping run up within the beams.
