| This fast track design and construction project involved working on a 30,000 square foot gaming arcade. The job included the installation of ten each 6,500 cfm fan coil units with chilled water and hot water coils, 100% OSA dampers and VFD’s on all of the units, as well as a 170 ton air cooled chiller and grease exhaust systems. All duct work and piping was installed exposed. Plumbing on the job included toilet rooms, kitchens, brew pub and brewery. |
