This 320,000 square foot exhibition center and 500,000 square foot parking garage holds 1,200-tons of cooling by roof top packaged units and had 246 plumbing fixtures installed. Under slab indirect waste system was used for show power distribution boxes. McKinstry utilized both wet and dry fire sprinkler systems throughout the facility. Construction of the Stadium was scheduled to begin April of 2000.

Due to the weather, the construction of the shell was delayed by three months. All of our work had to be done at an accelerated rate. The equipment setting was difficult because of the large area of the building. Equipment was placed using the building steel erectors crane as the structure progressed.
