The Experience Music Project has a 140,000 square foot interactive museum with 1,000 tons of chilled water  and site steam line from the Seattle Center to the museum.

Muckleshoot Casino > Auburn, WA
This project was a design build, fast track expansion of the existing facility, which doubled the  size of the casino.

Oregon Convention Center > Portland, OR
A 500,000 square foot convention facility covering nine square blocks featuring 150,000 square feet of exhibit hall, four 25,000 square foot ballrooms, 28 meeting and conference rooms, and the largest food preparation kitchen in Oregon capable of serving 5,000 people.
