This 28,000 square foot tenant improvement was Phase I out at Fisher Plaza. It contains a 20,000
square foot data center, which is served by (14) 30-ton water-cooled DX downflow CRU's. The glycol water system serving the CRU's comprises
(3) 200-ton fluid coolers and (2) 900 GPM pumps. An N+1 approach was taken with all major equipment serving the data center. The 5,000
square foot office space is served by the building's shell and core underfloor HVAC system. The shell and core wet sprinkler system was modified to provide
(4) pre-action zones serving the data center and office space.
The total project duration, including design, was four months. This project finished ahead of schedule and under budget. |
