Lake Union I LLC Rosen Remodel > Seattle, WA
This project was a remodel of an existing laboratory in order to add a BL-3 facility as well as several additional labs.  The BL-3 suites are very sensitive research labs with critical requirements for pressurization control and exhaust filtration.

University of Washington Rosen Building > Seattle, WA
Approximately 2,000 hours of prefabricated piping/pumping skids, etc. were pre-planned to minimize the “on-site” labor. This planning enabled the fast track schedule to be met.

ZymoGenetics - Davie Building > Seattle, WA
The lab piping was installed for this project under strict cleanliness standards. Clean steam piping was installed observing strict cleanliness, welding procedures and inspections.
