This project consisted of four (4) buildings that brought together many diverse types of work that McKinstry/Roberge performs. The complex boasts: Profile siding (exposed and concealed fasteners), supplied by both Kovach Metal Roof & Wall Systems and The Morin Corp; Composite Aluminum Materials (wet and dry reveal joint systems), supplied by Keith Panel Systems; and 1/8” aluminum coping and panels for the “Fin” element, fabricated in McKinstry / Roberge’s Sheet Metal shop.
This was a Design Assist project that quickly increased from two to four buildings. McKinstry/Roberge assisted in the selection of products and design of the exterior wall systems. The project switched to fast-track once the tenant (Microsoft) signed up. Roberge’s team integrated very well with the other trades involved. |
