McKinstry provides a single-point of accountability for performance-based projects with a depth of resources that allow us to handle projects of all sizes for our clients.  Our in-house capabilities include systems design, equipment procurement, financing, construction management, commissioning, owner-training and on-going performance measurement to assure project goals are met and exceeded.  Our energy services team is comprised of individuals that have been involved at some level with nearly every major performance contract and energy services project that has occurred in the Pacific Northwest for the last 15 years. 

McKinstry has designed and managed the construction of client projects that range from $50,000 to in excess of $15,000,000 that have had an energy savings focus with significant annual savings.  We have secured over $8.0 million in rebates over the last 5 years.  Our clients are a combination of public (school districts, public district hospitals, colleges, universities, cities and counties) and private (commercial office, corporate, healthcare) organizations that have partnered with us to reduce their annual utility and operating costs and upgrade aging infrastructures.  Even on new construction projects McKinstry continues to provide energy and utility conservation solutions that leverage utility rebates and ongoing savings to justify the project.
